Nicole is a fully qualified HR professional and HRi accredited member with over 20 years’ experience in HR and People Management. Her expertise spans multiple sectors including retail & leisure, IT and financial services in small and medium businesses. She has consistently delivered business improvements through effective people management. Nicole brings a wealth of strategic and operational HR knowledge and experience to your business. She is motivated by making a genuine difference through business understanding and developing commercial solutions for your business.
Nicole's passion lies in transforming business performance through people. As a qualified coach, she has worked with executives, leaders, and teams to build high-performing cultures. Her track record includes helping organizations resolve complex people challenges in weeks rather than months, enabling leaders to step back from day-to-day operations and focus on strategic growth.
Della Fanning - Director
Della has worked in HR mainly within the luxury hotel sector for almost 20 years. Della's passion is in learning and development, helping people to grow and better themselves in many ways. She has designed leadership and development programmes that provide insight and have helped participants to develop their confidence and competence at work.
Della loves facilitating learning and challenging people to explore new ways of working and supporting them through making those changes.
Della is also a Licensed Menopause Champion with Menopause Experts Group, working to increase knowledge and understanding of menopause among individuals and organisations. She delivers workshops within organisations to raise awareness about the impact of menopause on women’s health with a view to helping workplaces retain their female talent and reduce the cost of sickness/absence.
